Struct CrcWriter

A Write that hashes everything passing through it.

Sits between the IPC writer and the BufWriter so it sees the byte stream exactly as it will land on disk, and can be read mid-stream (via FileWriter::get_ref) to stamp the CRC into the footer before finish().
